How It Works

A big splashy resort, or a more subdued business hotel is how we mix up the venues. Usually from Friday afternoon until late Monday morning, it's a long weekend that stays with you all year. Bring your family, or just hang out with your new friends. We've got something for everyone. Between meetings, the support continues! And we have a lot of diversity among us where all can belong.

A single jaw-dropping idea to save you thousands of dollars; the expertise of peers in a variety of settings; your personal advisors constantly at the ready.

Crammed full of immediately useful material, we examine our financials, marketing, hiring, taxes, succession planning, you name it! If one of us is going through a crisis, we have scrapped half or most of the agenda to come together and focus on how to help. It's a truly moving experience of caring for each other through the hardest times and the greatest triumphs.

We keep a 100-mile radius (sometimes we fudge that a bit, if it's appropriate to make it smaller) around each practice to prevent competition from entering your GPR group. It's easier to be open without potential competitors. 

We have a lively community in our private Slack workgroup for just us. We share ideas, material and resources, photos from our trips, and maybe a little fluff here and there for fun. We do occasional (or 'emergency') zoom calls, and on occasion visit each others' offices. All of this is up to your level of interest and availability but we are an engaged group of folks who are busy just like you, looking for help, answers, and support, and often extremely willing to offer it.
